Mike Deppe, President of Gary M. Deppe, Inc., has been building quality homes for over 25 years. A majority of the communities he has built in are located in East Cobb, and they include the following: Highland Pointe, Highland Park, Highland Ridge, Windsor Oaks, Jamestown Estates, Walton Glen and Canton Glen. Outside of Bryant Pointe, his most recent East Cobb communities are Walton Glen off Old Canton Road and Heyward Square off Lower Roswell Road.

With an extensive background in construction, Mike has learned vital “hands-on” experience in residential building from the ground up. He strives to keep the needs of today’s home buyer in mind by staying on top of the latest innovations in building.

Mike always likes to have fun building homes and give people more for their money. “I look at every plan as if I were going to live in it. I’ve put a bowling alley, basketball courts, handball courts, movie rooms, and plenty of secret rooms/passageways in my homes,” said Deppe. Mike stands behind his homes, and he has a reputation for doing so.

A resident of the Atlanta area for over 25 years and as a current resident of East Cobb, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Pat and their two sons, Michael and Gene.
